Going Pink with Girly Skirts
I finished Girly Skirts from Pink Figfor my girls yesterday. I think they may not take them off ’til next year.
They really are girly girls.
I made these skirts for Valentine’s Day. But I chose fabrics that go beyond the holiday… no overt hearts here.
The Girly Skirt Pattern is quick and easy. The only thing I don’t love about it is that you have to gather the waists. I hate gathering fabric. But I have daughters, so gathering fabric is in my future. I must resign myself.
What a cheeseball! I’m working on a few embellishments to make these outfits even sweeter… which I’ll show later in the week.
The skirts came out so lovely!! Your daughters are so adorable. They seem to get along so well, makes me wish I was a twin ;-)
Adorable! Both the skirts and the girls. Lucky you!
I made this pattern for Christmas skirts, and I agree, gathering is the pits.
Gorgeous skirts, and beautiful daughters! I have a stack of fabrics on my sewing table that my littlest girl has chosen for me to sew into skirts… and this pattern is *adorable.* Thank you for the pattern link… I’ll be making these pronto!
