An Apron for the Garden
I am famous for leaving things where ever I go. This is especially true when I am in the garden. When I weed a garden bed, I take along my pruners, a trowel, a hand rake, a weeding tool and a large bucket. My tools start in my bucket, but that’s were the weeds go. So I take the tools out and bring them along as I need them. And before long my tools are strewn all along the length of my flower bed.
Am I the only gardener with this problem? I’m hoping my mother-in-law Kit needs a place to keep her tools too. She is a master gardener and my resource for all things gardening. A gardening apron may come in very handy when she’s working in her greenhouse or just out weeding.
I just finished her apron this morning. I’ll be posting a tutorial later if you’re interested in making this simple little apron. Now I’m going back to the sewing machine to whip up a second one for myself!
That’s a great apron, Calli. Thanks. Would love the tutorial.
